Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undamaged.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated courier location; you will receive a confirmation email once our warehouse has processed your refund or replacement.
